[Question] Goods needed in Continental Map Change

When I check a sector for goods needed, I make note of them. I then go the market and acquire the goods needed. When I go back to that same sector, now it needs different goods? Is this normal?

Go to the fan wiki and search for the province. It will list the goods requirements for each sector of that province. The requirements are fixed.

You probably looked at a a different sector, as far as I know this is impossible.
