How do I find out who the team leader is so they can open up the Guild Expedition? Or how do I change Guilds? Thank you

Lower left corner of your city screen, Global Button, /Your Guild Button, Members Tab
Far left icon (crown) indicates the founder. The next icon (6 pt star?) indicates a leader. Either can unlock GE levels.
Look for your name, click on the far right red icon to leave your Guild.
