[Question] Guild Forum

Does anyone know or have a link to share regarding the Guild Forums? I have searched the global forum as well as Wiki but found very little.
Specifically, can one edit a post after it is posted or must it be deleted and then reentered?
Do Guildmates need special privileges to post to the Guild Forum? If so what are they?
Is there a way to upload a file or screen prints like we can do here?
I have more questions but this will do for now.

Found the edit button but still cannot see how to upload a file (JPG)
