Are guilds dependant on neighbourhoods?

In that, could I be in the same guild as Spyder even though we are not in the same neighbourhood?

If this is the case then i would suggest each neighbourhood having a name or some way to identify which one you're in.

No it is not,you will be able to invite anyone from the world that you play on or join any guild(ofc if you get an invitation).
