The top guilds in each sector have a 5%, 10%, and 15% bonus. What does that bonus apply to? Does it compound? (if we were #1 in IA 15% and #1 in CA 15% does that equal 30%)?
It adds to the prestige from that age. It doesn't really combine because it is different, 15% in Iron Age gives less than 15% in Colonial Age, for one.
