I am at 10 on the halloween event, "invest in the tree, complete one of these" and have absolutely no idea what that means. I have noticed by the posts that I am not the only. can someone please decipher this one for me please. thank you

The tree is the technology tree. This is asking you to research a technology (including unlock) on the technology tree

I just entered the High Middle Ages and have looked back at all the technolgies and see no "Tree Technology". Where can I find this, or what is it actually called?

The 'Tree' is the Technology tree, the whole thing. Quest 10 is to compete 1 technology, any technology.
