Has anybody's screen looked like this?

... was trying to post a screen cap of the FoE login page ... no textures, just black space ... probably due to Flash Player no longer active.

The website's never been Flash. What that looks like is a browser/internet issue causing the page to not fully load. I've seen elements on the page appear black before, but only briefly before the section finishes loading.

I have had what qaccy describes, but the problem always resolves in a few seconds, its most likely due to slow connection than anything website related.

I had this issues a little while ago, and normally I fix it but a simple refresh or clearing cache then refreshing the browser!
