Update:
It’s confirmed that at level 150, attrition is ceased to increase and stays constant at 12k%/60 goods. Just tested it, it went to from 150-151 without change.

he's cherrypicking specific armies from different sectors as they come up. 8 unboosted rocket troops can beat 8 infinite-boost steel wardens due to the splash damage and 1 damage minimum. Some of the mostly artillery armies can also be beaten with flyers when you're way behind on boost.
