Level 1 showed up twice in the antique dealer auction. I picked it up. I hope some of the upgrades show up.

that's just a tease to do that. I haven't seen any upgrades in the past year of any kind of sale. I wonder if we wrote FOE about it, even complain about it, they might help. Even though, the reason they wouldn't is because they want players to participate in the Halloween events every year.
