How do I unignore somebody. Is it possible. More info needed.

No way to do it normally. You have to right-click the main game screen, contact support, and say you want to unignore and the name of the person.

Right now only the support staff can remove an ignore, as gwalchmai said. Hopefully we will be getting a setting that will allow you to remove your own ignores.
