How can you get any meaningful input when there is virtually no information on what this means? Give more details first.

There is a guide line on what your proposal needs. Make sure it's not on the "do not propose list" I took 20 mintues out of my life to write this amazing jaw dropping proposal, and then decided to lool at the list after I painstakingly wrote the draft, to see its on the do not propose list. Sometimes I cry at night about it. No I don't lol.
