In an age with higher age players

I am noticing players in an higher age then myself why is this is because i am a good fighter or how many points i have or is this a bug that needs to be fixed

Sometimes neighborhoods are a mix of players from two eras, because there wasn't enough players of a given era to fill up the neighborhood. So it added players from the next era above, or the next era below.

Additionally, many players wait until right when the neighborhood switches to age up so they have an advantage. Last rotation I was TE, got moved into TE/CE hood then aged up to FE.

Also, there will always be "borderline" neighborhoods, because the numbers won't very often align for perfect age breakdowns. A few too many or too few in one age means some may be grouped with previous age players and some may be grouped with next age players.
