IOS only special?

I'm seeing a diamond + bp special on my ipad, which coincidentally is mislabeled +250%. Says there is only about 6ish hours left. I'm not seeing this special via browser. Can anyone tell me if this will be available on the browser at some point? Or, is it an app exclusive? I want to make a purchase, but I know there are more diamonds offered when purchased via a browser.

Specials are run in different environments at different times. There have also been times where some people have gotten a special and others didn't. It seems that there is likely to always be a diamond sale some point in the near future, though what is attached to it is a bit harder to predict.
