level 4 sucks it takes all your goods and you don't get much back a waist of time and goods

How about the new tavern feature that gives you an additional negotiation turn...... and then adds 40% more goods to choose from. Don't really see the benefit when it will usually cost you more diamonds to play it this way. Level 4 definitely in place for the wallet warriors.
