Login from Android doesnt wotk

I have a quest to login into my game from Android(or Iphone) so I used my smartphone, downloaded the game and tried to login but it kept telling me my username is incorrect( and of course it is OK).

What is the problem?

Make sure you are signing into the right server: on mobile, in the login screen, click on the flag on the upper right. This is the US server (us.forgeofempires.com), but if US isn't working try EN or ZZ
