Making inapp purchases on Android

Every time I try to make an inapp purchase, a notice pops up stating "Please make sure the Samsung App Store app is installed on your device and you are logged in.". I've searched the Google Play Store and the Galaxy Store and I cannot locate a Samsung App Store app. I've reached out to the support team but have not received a response. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
