There is a new tech at the beginning of SAAB that says "Mars Goods Synthesizer" and coming soon. Is this just an error? I would think so because one of the first techs we completed in SAAB was for Mars Goods Synthesizer.

Yup, just a bug. It is fixed in the next update iirc.
