Looks like it's been fixed...for me anyways. Was having the same issues a little bit ago

Rival mini Challange Quest 19 & 21 win 15 battles without losing Finished Guild Expeditions maps. and Quantum Battles do not count how am i suppesed to meet Quest requirement's

I often fight the Hood to get needed fight requirements done . Also PvP can be used
