Motivating and polishing premium buidlings.

Hello,

I thought I read that you are not able to gain blueprints from motivating and polishing premium buildings. Is this true? I don't want to reset my chances mo/po'ing premium buildings if it is.

Premium buildings have a Star over them, and provide the same odds as normal buildings when you Motivate and/or polish them.
