Hello FoE friends, I hope I am placing this idea in the right spot for consideration.
I would like to propose the ability to open GE levels be moved from Leader to Trusted Member.
It seems a member trusted enough to spend large amounts of the guild's treasury in the GBG and GvG should certainly be trusted enough to spend the much smaller amounts required to open GE levels. Also, more players would be able to open the GE rather than waiting for a leader to come online.
