Campaign map is the same as Continent Map. On PC it is in the bottom left menu, top row, 2nd from the right. On mobile it is in the left menu also, and just says Map. Look for a compass rose. They want you to conquer a sector of the map (you may need to scout a province first, sectors are the sub-sections of a province) through fighting or negotiating (paying goods).
Or you can attack one of your neighbors and plunder one of their buildings. Select a neighbor, probably best to choose one lower in the list than you, choose attack (the little crossed swords), select your army, and fight their defending army. If you've recently aided all your neighbors, you'll have to wait until the cool-down expires. If you win, you'll have the option to go to their city, select a building and plunder its production. If you choose this route, congratulations you've pissed off your first neighbor.
