Neighbor Changes and GB contributions

I'm contributing to about 70 GB's of Friends, Guilds, and Neighbors. When my neighbors get changed, if I lose a neighbor that I was contributing to, do I lose that GB?

As long as you already have at least 1 FP on a neighbor's GB prior to the merge, then you can continue to contribute to that level of the GB; however, once the GB levels, you will no longer be able to contribute unless you add them as a friend or they become a guildmate or if they become a neighbor again in the future.
