I was wondering when (Time and day) the neighborhood reset is?
(Please include timezone and if it is every other week is it this one or next one)?

Normally hood changes on Monday morning every 2 weeks. From what I have personally experienced, it is around 02:30 AM EST.

I didn't see the reset this morning. I think the next reset should be on May 4 (next Monday).
