Currently in my city I have a level 10 Neo Colossus, a level 2 Neo Rotunda, and a level 2 Neo Winners' plaza. I was looking through my inventory and I have more fragments for all of them but I also have 30/1000 fragments for the Neo Marble Gate Way Selection Kit.
Where did these come from? I'm looking at the chest rewards and the possible difficulty rewards and I don't see them listed anywhere.
EDIT: Nevermind, they come from the level 10 Neo Colossus.
