How long until Support answers a Help Ticket, please?
I'm asking for a friend since she is at work.

I've never had them take more than a couple hours and once or twice it was only a matter of minutes.

It's depends on the time of day. If its morning then it will be answered in a couple of minutes because more mods are on but if its evening then maybe a couple of hours because less mods are on.

It depends on the type of ticket and also how many tickets are coming in.

Typically since the new year we get to most general question or issue initial tickets in two hours or less. But that is not always the case...sometime due to the nature of the ticket it may take a lot longer for us to respond due to the complexity of the ticket.
