[ Reason ]

Some players including many top rankers use no defense or very week defenses such as 2 spears or 8 rogues to not give points to the other players. It's because they don't have anything to be plundered. They earn sufficient goods, FPs, golds and supplies from battle ground and event buildings. It means PvP is getting less and less interesting and looks unfair. So, we need to make PvP very interesting and even looks fair than now.

** War reparations **

When attacker wins successfuly, the defender pays the beolow amount automatically to attacker.
- If defender kills 0 unit of attacker, pays 100 coins, 100 supplies, 100 medals and each 10 goods.
- If defender kills 1 unit of attacker, pays 90 coins, 90 supplies, 90 medals and each 9 goods.
- If defender kills 2 units of attacker, pays 80 coins, 80 supplies, 80 medals and each 8 goods.
- If defender kills 3 units of attacker, pays 70 coins, 70 supplies, 70 medals and each 7 goods.
- If defender kills 4 units of attacker, pays 60 coins, 60 supplies, 60 medals and each 6 goods.
- If defender kills 5 units of attacker, pays 50 coins, 50 supplies, 50 medals and each 5 goods.
- If defender kills 6 units of attacker, pays 40 coins, 40 supplies, 40 medals and each 4 goods.
- If defender kills 7 units of attacker, pays 30 coins, 30 supplies, 30 medals and each 3 goods.
* The numbers can be adjusted.(probably based on age or the others)

If this system is applied, most players will try to use best units as defense and will try to build more defense buildings. It means no more 2 spears as defense. It also means more fun to almost all members.
