No actions possible!

why do some players generate no actions possible when I attempt to apply a forge point to the buildings. They are showing the icon indicating that you can apply a forge point?

If a player is not in your Friends List, Neighbourhood list or guild list, you cannot add to their buildings.

If you want to give your points to others' GBs, its best to keep your forge points in guild.
