not able to log in via computer

for several days i have not been able to log in via my computer. yes, i have rebooted it.
all i get is
Something went wrong

The game could not load properly. Try to reload the game!
Visit our knowledge base if you need support.
the knowledge base did not seem to cover my situation. any suggestions on how to fix this, if possible?

this is on firefox, btw. on chrome it works fine.

REboot Firefox from scratch. YOU can go to Firefox website and ask to refresh Firefox from scratch.
