[Question] OF4 Continent Map - Goods Deposit

The newly released OF-4 portion of the Continent Map includes a new HMA goods boost deposit (needed for producing HMA and TE goods). Why? We all have a glut of TE goods thanks to our GBs.

Because unlocking goods deposits through continent map provinces has always been a thing. Something something 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' something something. They're sticking with conventions if nothing else.

I guess an alternative question would be: Why not? It certainly wouldn't be another expansion instead, and province rewards otherwise are fairly lackluster regardless.

I don't know, I would think they have some reasoning to it all as to how it relates to overall goods production etc. but never bothered to try to figure it though.

That's what I mean. If it had added the fifth OF goods boost, that would have been useful!
