I have one sector left in Haulenois in the colonial age and I want to know if when I complete Haulenois if I will be able to scout to the Industrial Age map. NOTE: I have not conquered Grand Gap in the LMA bonus quest yet, even without Grand Gap am I still able to scout to the IA?
