Is there a list anywhere that shows the rewards for the GBs at each level, or at least shows the optimal level for each GB? It would be nice to know if it is worth the investment to level up certain GBs.

It is more an issue of when to level up the wanted great Buildings to some level rather how high.
Early on Statue of Zeus to ten for all players.
Do not level up Oracle at all. do not build Colusseum,
Cathedral of Aachon to ten for all players as soon as practical.
CF depends if you like Quests.. If so build and use early,, up to ten.
Arc. the most important single building. You should have Zeus, CoA and CDM up to tenbefore building this maonster. getting Arc to 80 is the main need of all players. (except the crazies who never build it) it will take months... months. and your Foe life will foreve be better after arcis up to 80.
That is a starter list. plenty of other info to work on too.

This is true only if you actively work it. 1.9 threads and "sniping". Just having it in your city does nothing except eventually fill up your guild Treasury. Kind of like you have to fight for the Alcatraz to be worth anything.

If you are in a 1.9 and have a busy 1.9 thread in your guild then it makes sense to get your Arc raised up to 100+ . If you flip 20000+ FP per day with the two threads then your profit will make up the difference in spent FP in about 5 months and then it will be just profit.
