Orphan Inventory Items

The GBG re-tool seems to have left some inventory items orphans. Specifically, 'Fragment of The Great Elephant Selection Kit' and 'Fragment of Iridescent Garden'. These have been combined into 'Fragment of Guild Battleground Elephant Kit' which includes both of the old items.

I have some of each of the old items in my inventory. Are there plans to offer the old items in the auction house, or maybe a pro-rata trade: old for new?

They've announced that they will be converted for you at a future date to the new items (at a rate of 2 old : 1 new).
