PC vs Android special diamond offers

This question might have been asked before, but I cannot find it on the forum.

Why ain't the diamond offers the same on my PC and the cellphone?

I always assumed it had to do with how much the processing vendor takes. Apple and Google take 30% of all purchases. Paypal on the computer probably takes a lot less of the money.

This is more of a question than a proposal, so I'll move it to the Questions forum.

On the topic, I guess that no one can really answer this except for the people at Inno who set diamond prices. I imagine that in general they try to set their prices to maximize their revenue, however that may be.
