The players who were in your Hood yesterday (and thus the last two weeks) are also able to plunder you if the attacked you within the past 24 hours from when you actually got plundered.
If you aided a player they can attack you. You cannot attack back until the 24 hours from the moment you aided them. If that time limit passes to Hood change you are totally out of luck.
