problem upoloading screenshots to forum

hey all

whenever i try to upload a screenshot of my city i get an error message .... why is that?

i can successfully upload various files of text and relatively blank screens but all screenshots of my city wont upload

I tried moving the city screenshots to paint first but that did not fix the issue

Any suggestions ?

if using windows- snip tool, then copy image, paste on forum
if using chrome- screenshot, post it on google docs, copy, paste on forum
