Proposals being "Rejected"

@Panacea @Sgt. Bothari @Wedge : I'm curious as to why several proposals that got over 60% of the vote in the Polling Place are listed as "Rejected" rather than "Submitted".
According to the Proposal Guidelines sticky thread:
"Proposals that receive the required 60% majority will be marked as [Submitted] and passed on to the developers. Do note that just because an idea has been passed on does not mean it will definitely be added to the game. The final say is with the developers."
Any idea why they weren't submitted?

I only took a peak at the oracle thing, and if the others are on the same line of thinking, its obvious why they got shot down. I mean, the oracle situation was a mistake, and they lost a lot of respect by not dealing with the abusers first time around, after the values were brought fown. Why would they bring back their mistake? So people keep abusing under the false pretence of "i think its cute having it, but i dont want to spend a fraction more to get it only to lv 10. I swear it's not to abuse it. Scouts honor!"?

Dont forget that they already state that even if it gets to 60%, it's not guaranteed to move on to the next step.

I'm with Stephen, absoluth I think what you said was completely fasle to be honest,
"i think its cute having it, but i dont want to spend a fraction more to get it only to lv 10. I swear it's not to abuse it. Scouts honor!"?
That's not was people said, people wanted it returned to normal with LOWER rewards, so it could NOT be abused.

Ouch. Battle summery was a good idea and 'Change to how inno tests' is in innos best interests as a company.

All submitted means is they pass it up there and in my time of playing I have never seen a single proposal be implemented. I don't really see the harm of passing any of these up it's not like we have any real say (beyond our wallets) with how they run their game. You'd think they would want to spend 5 seconds being made aware of features a majority of one of their largest markets would like to see in game.

All of this is irrelevant to what I'm talking about. I actually voted against at least one of these myself. What I'm concerned with is the staff violating their own rules about proposals being submitted.

That is not accurate. The next step is to submit the proposal to the developers if it gets 60% or more of the vote. It nowhere states that this could not or would not happen. What it does say is that there is no guarantee that a submitted proposal will ever again see the light of day, so to speak. But a proposal that gets +60% of the vote, according to their own rules, is supposed to be submitted to the developers, not rejected as these were. And I want to know why.

I share Stephen;s concerns. I think it's fair to ask why the mods are seemingly arbitrarily breaking the rules and guidelines the mods create and enforce.

This arbitrary modding has been increasing in scope and frequency.

I have never seen a single proposal be implemented.

Not sure when you started:

Pure speculation on my part but I sispect that most submitted Proposals are not implemented because they don;t benefit INNO or the game.
