I am totally stuck on unimatrix for like a week. Refresh won't work. The last has a bunch of future and beyond age players. Can we have some bots? Also this player has under current age units which = lesser score

Sometimes you will get stuck with the same opponent for a long while. I've had the same guy as my higher era opponent ever since I moved into FE.
The only way to fix it is to add them as a friend, or join the same guild. You won't get friends or guildmates as opponents in pvp tower.
If there are no opponents left, this would force the game to give you bots instead - like you're asking for.
