Hey, I registered my email address and I still don't have all of the games perks. I can't place troops to defend my village. The game doesn't even give me the option . Also my military page looks nothing like what I see on the web. I am using an I-phone to play on. Any suggestions? Thanks

This isn't a game perk, its just part of the game. You're probably confused because the mobile version is a bit different. To set your defense army, go to the army screen, and tap a unit. That opens a window to assign that unit. One of the buttons looks like a helmet. Tap that to assign it to your defense army. Hope that helps!
