I am in HMA. If I earn diamonds from "produce 2 carrots", can I also earn diamonds from "produce saltpeter 2 times"?

You can only earn diamonds from recurring quests once per age.

Interesting to know.
I wasn't aware of that.So after I have tagged that one-time Diamond payout in the Quests then the only place to get them would be in GE or in a Bonus Section on the Continent Map if available??

one time per quest. after that you shouldn't be getting diamonds from the quests anymore. all other means would remain unchanged.

Yes, it is once per age, per quest. After you get Diamonds once from a recurring quest, every time you fulfill it after that in that same age the chance for Diamonds is replaced with a chance for Medals.
