When I go to research all I get is a screen that has some faint marks and kinda pink and nothing works.
Can it be fixed?

That sounds like something on your end. Is this why you mentioned a new computer in another thread?

IT is most likely your Browser is not allowing a pop up. Pop ups became a noxious thing and generally many browsers now automatically block pop ups.
You might try going into your Browser and setting to allow all pop up from Www. etc Forge. com (actually copy the real URL not what I wrote)

Part of the reason for new computer and cause this one is just old.
I'll look at URL and pop ups.
