Rotate view of city

It would be helpful if we could rotate the view of our city. It would make it easier to see "behind" existing buildings. An alternate option would be the capability to turn existing buildings "invisible".

Please do a search in the forum. I did a search on 'rotate' and came up with 195 postings. You'll see what other people have posted and what the result has been.
