just moved up to colonial age so does anyone know or remember how to do this bonus quest???

It's a Colonial Age tech, you'll need to reach it in the tree and research it. It's one of the last few techs so you have to go quite a bit into CA to get to it.

It's on the upper right, before Gambrel Roof Houses.
