Sneaky rarity

I've noticed that while collecting coins from my residences I occasionally get a pop-up for "18 Medal" or some othe rprise.
It appears some of the Rarities or incidents are landing within the buildings of my city.
Recently I've noticed what looks like a tree branch lying across a paved road. (see Photo)
Anyone else noticing this?

This was actually mentioned in the Changelog that added Incidents, stated as so "Some incidents may occur that even cause things to happen in your city"
