Suddenly getting ingame hover popup help on browser version.

I've suddenly started getting these hover popups on every element of every screen. Is this some kind of assistive feature? Most are difficult to read and rather annoying. I'd like to turn them off, if possible. Haven't found anything in Settings. Using Firefox on Windows 10.

It's meant to have a background on it. Definitely not meant to look like that.

It's not new either, it's been there for as long as I've been playing,
