Town hall/inactive players

I have friends that read inactive for more than seven days but in the town hall I see where they polish or motivate my buildings. How?

Either you are motivating them and you just read it wrong, or you have no active friends and so it says they motivated you, but it was from 7 days+ ago.

It doesn't show in Town Hall when you aid others, only when they aid you.
Event History only goes back 5 days, so it can't show aid from 7+ days ago.

It's either this, or it's a bug.

Sorry, I was thinking of when you manually aid someone and it pops up in the corner.
