Is there a way to trade with other neighborhoods? it seems that trade gets stagnant trading with the same neighbors and if we could trade out side our neighborhood it would open up more trade at a quicker passé making it more strategy involved in the game.:D

There is NO way to trade between neighborhoods. The only way around this is by trading within your guild.
