Ladies & Gents,
There has been considerable confusion over Guild Trading & Forge Point costs, so allow me to pose clarification:
The "only" trades that will pose no Forge Point costs are those trades that are initiated, by the seller, as Guild Only. I.e., the Seller must actively choose to restrict the trade to Guild Only.
When buying, a setting in the auction house allows you to view offers from your guild members, (look for the shield). As a buyer, if you click the shield icon, it will display ALL trades posed by Guild members, including those that are Guild Only and ones that are not posed as Guild Only (so don't be surprised if a trade from a fellow Guild member requires a Forge Point, as your Guild member didn't create it as a Guild Only trade).
Additional note: All Guild Only trades have a trading restriction ratio to discourage exploitation (it is not possible to make a Guild Only trade with a trade ratio below 0.66 or above 1.5).
Respectfully,
