in my city i am produceing pe tanks and yet my traz is giveing me snipers ..? i dont have a sniper camp in my city whats the deal ...?

May I ask how you determined which troops are being produced? Are you noting the number of unattached troops you have before you collect and then comparing the totals? Are you quite sure you didn't already have those snipers and you actually got something else? I presume you aren't building a sniper's barracks are you or deleted one just recently? If building one then you would get snipers (even if disconnected) and if you deleted one but it was after the traz cycle completed then it would count in the collection.

Or maybe you're actually getting them as GE rewards, and not from your Traz?

Here is my Entire Military Complex.
Requires no population to maintain.
11 Units every day.
You'd think it would be evenly divided between Champs and Rogues.
Today I earned 1 Champion, and 10 Rogues.
I count how many Champions I have, then collect.
That tells me how many Rogues I produced that day as well.
