The Smell of rebellion questline:
Build 1 guillotine or 4 gallows, gain 1050 happiness.

What technology allows me to produce guillotines? Are they a decoration or a cultural building, or even a special event thing?

I never did find out the answer to that either. At first I thought it was a diamond purchase thing, but it doesn't seem to be. So I made the 4 gallows.

True: no real money(Diamonds) is involved, but it does require some work to get those resources.

Hmmm How did you get that information? I have been in Late Middle Ages for about 2 weeks and have not seen hide nor hair any information regarding cost or how to even be offered one.

You want to check the date the posts were made. This thread is from 05-10-2013, meaning the whole game could have changed since then to now. What was said here is not necessarily true any longer.
