Where has my money gone?

I purchased two packages from the in game store, the military package and the starter package. The money came out of my account, but I got zilch. No diamonds, no soldiers, nothing. I put in a support ticket and nothing. What gives?

i don't really know how to help, for one has support said anything now, also mabye wait support is busy and might take a while , please be calm as im sure everything iwll be fine

Hello, Same thing happened to me few hours back, I purchased 660 Diamonds, Transaction was complete, Money got debited from my account ,
But I have not received single diamond.

Raised the ticket, Waiting for response.

Happy to share , Just now i got my diamonds as expected. Got reply from support.
